Our eco-committee have been busy again, this time with the help of some of their parents too. After winning a gardening gift voucher in last year’s Rugby in Bloom competition, Anton, who is the most active member of the pupil team, suggested that we use it to buy an apple tree. Mr Wolsey and Mrs Bostock took him and a friend to the garden centre to choose the perfect tree and then last week, parents came in after school to help plant it on our school field ably assisted by Mr Issitt and some of the Kidzone children. A huge thank you to everyone involved.
