Pupil Leadership

Throughout their time at Abbots Farm, pupils are able to develop their leadership skills through a variety of different opportunities and roles.

These opportunities form an integral part of the school community and support the ongoing development of the school currciulum and life as a Farmer.

The roles include:

• Year 6 House Captains
• Year 3, 4 and 5 House Ambassadors
• Digital leaders
• Play Leaders
• Eco-Committee
• Librarians
• and coming soon…a pupil wellbeing team!

At the start of each year, children are able to put themselves forward for one of the roles. They are then selected by staff and their peers to represent the school for a period of time (usually annually).
